Miss Cupcake and I had such lovely day shopping for decor and working together to to turn our little home into an autumn wonderland. I make no claims of being the best (or even that good) at decorating. However, we had a positively fun filled day. Miss Cupcake was so excited about the entire ordeal that a nap was out of the question today. It was absolutely worth it to see her little eyes light up as she stood back and admired our work saying, "It's just so pretty!"

I wanted a pumpkin for the entrance of our home and thought that this 10" decal had the perfect message to greet our guests. Stop by The Art of Vinyl to find many more great decals. This decal was easily applied by pressing the sticky side down tightly onto the pumpkin and gently peeling off the clear layer. I absolutely love how it turned out. I decided to place it on a wooden crate and add a burlap bow.

This sign was a simple DIY which I created by using chalkboard paint on an old wooden plaque that I no longer used.
I am going to have a ridiculous amount of fun doodling messages and quotes on this!

We finished the doorway decor with an extra large wreath made from autumn leaves and miniature pumpkins.

We decorated the entry table with a "Welcome to our Patch" chalkboard sign, a burlap runner, autumn leaves, and pumpkins. This part was definitely the most fun!

Miss Cupcake enjoyed placing each pumpkin on the table with great care.
The rope vase was a past DIY project which you can view by clicking here.

To make the day even more festive, Miss Cupcake wore this precious pumpkin sparkle necklace from Simply Nina Boutique. They have the most adorable children's accessories!
