Miss Cupcake is simply crazy about carousels. This precious little flutter dress from Dresses by LaurieBeth was an immediate favorite. The full gathered skirt is lovely for twirling and features a double ruffle at the bottom. Flutter sleeves are perfect alone or layer with a turtleneck or long sleeves during colder months.
The details are nothing short of breathtaking.
